Objective:
By the end of the 3 day course, the learners will be able to,
1. Identify the concept of EM leadership as it applies in practicing EM in LMIC.
2. Apply the principles of EM leadership in developing a quality improvement/ educational project in EM.
3. Improve as leaders in EM through a 360 degree overview of the concepts of EM leadership
