On account of the World Radiography Day, a successful day-long academic session was held on November 17, 2019, at Arena, Karachi. The event was organized by the Indus Hospital’s Radiology Department. The program was endorsed by the Radiology Society of Pakistan (RSP) and sponsored by Bayer. More than 200 radiographers, including x-ray, CT, and MRI technicians; technologists; ultrasound assistants; and professionals attended the session from almost all teaching institutes. Thought provoking scientific talks were delivered by senior radiographers and eminent radiologists. To mark the day a cake cutting ceremony was also held. Dr. Rasheed Ahmed memorial Quiz was an interesting session for young passionate junior technologists. Radiographers are an asset of Radiology community and must be appreciated on their untiring endeavors.
